Our Team
Brad has a long history in the local Washington D.C. area real estate market. After graduating from the University of Maryland in Finance, Brad obtained his CPA designation and worked fifteen years in the accounting field.

While working with homes sellers, buyers and investors, Brad has been licensed in Maryland has a broker or agent for over 18 years, and has completed over two hundred transactions for over $80,000,000.

Brad is a founding member of the Rotary Club of International Friendship in Bethesda, Maryland. In his free time Brad logs over 3,000 miles per year cycling and also enjoys yoga and painting.

Chris is a longtime DC area native. He grew up in Kensington, MD, and has lived in several neighborhoods in DC and Virginia. His native Montgomery County has been home since 1997.

Chris uses his experience, broad knowledge and responsiveness to help his clients with their real estate transactions. Whether seeking a home for a large family, rural property in the country or a cozy one bedroom condo in a trendy area, Chris is ready to serve the diverse needs and interests of his clients.

She specializes in investment properties, first time home buyers, and residential. There's a lot to consider when buying or selling a property, Jennifer studied Feng Shui and understands the powerful properties of energy.

Jennifer attended University of Maryland College Park RH Smith School of Business and later attended Purdue University for her M.B.A in Finance. She relocated to NYC where she spent the bulk of her professional career before coming back to Rockville MD where she, her husband, and son currently live

Beatriz comes to us after working 20 years for a number of large international corporations. She is an invaluable asset in managing our marketing campaigns and acts as our transaction coordinator.
Beatriz attended the University of Provence, south of France, and graduated with a degree in Applied Literature & Languages. Born in Venezuela, Bea has lived in France, Italy, Greece and Belgium and speaks Spanish, French and Italian.
